The Code of Practice
As a member of the Financial Services Council (FSC) NobleOak seeks to uphold and exceed the FSC Life Insurance Code of Practice in everything we do.
The Code sets out the minimum standards for dealing with, communicating with and servicing our clients. It is built around the principles of Clarity and Transparency, Fairness and Respect, Honesty, Timeliness and Communication.
