We’re delighted to announce that we have won a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for the third year in a row – 2017, 2018 and now 2019.
The Feefo Gold Service Award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real customers.
Once again NobleOak has met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2018 and December 31st 2018, which have a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.

Our research* shows that 45.8% of people surveyed believe customer reviews and testimonials are ‘’very important’’ (29.9%) or ‘’extremely important’’ (15.9%) when deciding which life insurer to get cover from.
